“He’s a [expletive that questions manhood.]”
- Brian McNamee claims ex-Mets pitcher John Franco spoke to him while McNamee was trying to play intermediate during the infamous Clemens/Piazza broken bat incident. In the book the ‘Yankee Years’ McNamee goes on to say:
“I’m talking to John right outside the clubhouse and I’m going, ‘Yeah, John. Roger just feels bad. He’s in the locker room and he wants to speak with Mike.’ And [Franco] goes, ‘[Piazza’s] in there. He’s a [expletive that questions manhood.] [Expletive] him. He’s in the trainer’s room.’”
